In March 2023, we surveyed nurse leaders from hospital organizations in our network across the country. We asked them to rank their top 5 most pressing concerns out of 22 workforce challenges. Top concerns noted in the Advisory Board survey reflect immediate workforce needs from the perspective of nurse leaders. However, lesser concerns are also important and warrant attention.
