Ali is a research consultant and registered nurse at Advisory Board, where she provides insight and thought leadership to industry leaders on nursing and workforce.

Prior to joining Advisory Board, Ali worked as a nurse leader directing department operations in both inpatient and ambulatory settings, largely in women's health. Ali holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a Master of Business Administration from St. Norbert College.
