Madeleine leads Advisory Board's custom research team where she oversees the design, execution, and delivery of custom-scoped research projects for providers, plans, and life sciences organizations. Her team investigates topics including health equity, change management, and health plan strategy to answer member's most vexing questions. Her team deploys a rigorous research process leveraging research methodologies including advanced survey, interview, and data analysis techniques.

Previously at Advisory Board, Madeleine led research on the healthcare workforce, addressing flexible staffing models, RN engagement, and clinician burnout. Madeleine graduated from Wake Forest University with a BA in psychology and an MA in communication studies.
