Fortune recently released its 37th annual "100 Fastest-Growing Companies" list, which included 14 health care companies.

Methodology

To qualify for this year's 100 fastest-growing companies list, a company was required to meet certain criteria, including:

• Be trading on a major U.S. stock exchange
• Report their data in U.S. dollars
• File quarterly reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
• Have a market capitalization of at least $225 million and a minimum stock price of $5 on June 30, 2022
• Have been trading continuously since June 30, 2019
• Have revenue of at least $50 million and net income of at least $10 million for the four quarters on or before April 30, 2022
• Have an annualized growth in revenue and earnings per share of at least 20% annually for three years as of April 30, 2022

Companies that met these criteria were then ranked by their revenue growth rate, EPS growth rate, and three-year annualized total return for the period ending June 30, 2022. Overall rankings were based on the sum of the initial three ranks. If there was a tie, the company with the larger revenue received the higher rank.
