Amber is a director focused on coaching and developing new, emerging, mid-career, and seasoned healthcare leaders. Amber has more than 15 years of experience in large academic medical centers as a front-line clinician as well as a healthcare operations administrator. She’s published research related to nutrition-related laboratory monitoring, developing enteral feeding programs, best practices for nutrition care utilizing the EMR, pediatric nutrition screening, and patient outcomes after dietitian intervention. She has also established and led an international organization for nutrition professionals within the North American Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition.
Amber is a clinical dietitian by background with a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition from University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. She completed her dietetic internship at Pennsylvania State University and obtained an MBA from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She is an ICF-certified Associate Certified Coach after completing her training through Northwestern University. She’s also credentialed as a Talent Management Practitioner and Project Management Professional.
