Isis Monteiro


Experience and background

Isis is a senior researcher on Advisory Board's international team. She works with governments and executives of hospitals and health systems based in Australia, Canada, the U.K., Europe, Middle East, and Latin America on topics including strategic planning, integration, workforce recruitment and retention, and other strategy and operations issues.

During her tenure at Advisory Board, Isis also conducted and presented research for U.S. nursing executives and provided client management support for Portuguese- and Spanish-speaking members. Isis holds a BA in sociology from the College of William & Mary, and is particularly interested in policy, health equity, and workforce challenges.
