Jacqueline is a delivery analyst on Advisory Board's AskAdvisory team. She's an expert in strategic planning and workforce topics. She sends best practice resources that align with member requests and also speaks with members on a daily basis to analyze data from our tools.

Jacqueline graduated with a BS in health services administration from Florida International University. After graduation, Jacqueline worked at Baptist Health South Florida as a liaison between patients and providers for scheduling. Additionally, she worked at Humana as a grievance and appeals representative. Jacqueline advocated for the patients to get denied items approved by the Humana Medical Committee.
