Sophia is a senior analyst on Advisory Board's value-based care research team. Her research focuses on the future of value-based care, exploring how different industry stakeholders must adapt to further risk adoption.

In a previous role at Advisory Board, Sophia conducted researchfor physician executives on population health. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BSPH in health policy and management and a chemistry minor.
