Healthcare has long been a laggard when it comes to climate change action even though it’s arguably the industry most vulnerable to its effects. While the future regulatory environment remains uncertain, healthcare leaders are starting to connect the impacts of climate change with their other business objectives and challenges. In this slide deck, we explore major business risks that are exacerbated by climate change and how health system leaders are using environmentally sustainable practices to solve both.
