Anthony “T.J.” Burdine is a senior director within Optum Advisory's revenue cycle consulting. In this role, he serves as the principal consultant on engagements with hospitals and physician practices focusing on harmonizing performance, reliability, durability, cost, and experience of the revenue cycle. With more than 20 years of revenue cycle experience, T.J. has a proven track record in leading insightful performance assessments and a diverse array of optimization initiatives spanning patient access practices, contact center management, back-office patient accounting, and patient experience initiatives for clients ranging in size from single site hospitals/ASCs to multi-facility academic health systems.
