Laura partners with life sciences organizations to analyze performance, diagnose challenges, and design solutions that achieve breakthrough performance. She provides action-oriented, strategic guidance based on best practice research and a thorough understanding of the healthcare industry.

Previously, Laura led recruitment to Advisory Boards' Fellowship program, the premier leader development experience for healthcare executives. She also spent six years on Advisory Board's account management team, overseeing service and delivery and serving as a strategic thought partner to hospital executive teams.

Laura serves as a member of the Children's Health Guild. She received her master's in health system administration from Georgetown University.
